Fitness at Exhale Spa

The sexy, sunkissed days of summer are coming, and if you plan to wear cute sundresses and skirts as much as I do, it's time to get back in shape! For those who have stayed in shape all winter, I commend you and aspire to be like you when I grow up.

A few days ago, a friend of mine invited me to experience a class at their Inman Park location (280 Elizabeth Street, Atlanta, GA 30307), and it was a very welcome change to my normal workout routine! A bit of a cure for the common workout, if you will.

First of all, the studio is gorgeous.

It manages to be both a place of peace, and a place to get your blood seriously pumping! I don't know how they achieve that!

Exhale focuses on doing a small number of things really, really well, such as barre, cardio fusion, yoga, and HIIT classes. When I went, we did a barre class that truly had my body shaking but somehow also feeling amazing.

The instructor knows her stuff and pushes you to give just a little bit more.

And honestly giving me the most fun high-intensity workout I've ever had. That's the honest truth. I never thought I'd say I actually enjoyed working out.

Once class is done, people mill around a bit, because this place has a cool community feel to it.

And outside in the lobby there is a small boutique of items available for purchase.

All around, I'll definitely be back. This place is good at what they do, and the location is great - Inman Park is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Atlanta.

With a focus on mindfulness and inner and outer well-being, this studio is just my speed. If you'd like to go, be sure to utilize their offer to new guests!
